Who we are

Heart's Way Coaching (β€œHeart's Way”, β€œwe”, β€œus”) provides free and low-cost coaching. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].

What we collect

When you subscribe to the newsletter or request assessment results: your name and email address, and whether you asked for the newsletter.

When you book a call or join a group: your name, email address, and the times you booked. If you pay for a one-to-one session, payment is handled by our payment processor β€” we never see or store your card number.

When you use the Harmonious Purpose Scale: your answers are processed entirely in your own browser and are not transmitted to us or stored anywhere. If you choose to have your results emailed to you, only the summary result and your email address are sent β€” never your individual answers.

Automatically: our website platform, Kajabi, records standard technical information such as pages visited and approximate location. We use this to understand what people find useful.

What we do with it

We use your information to deliver the coaching you asked for, to send the newsletter if you opted in, and to answer you when you write to us. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Ever.

We share data only with the service providers that make this site work β€” principally Kajabi (website, email, scheduling) and our payment processor. They act on our instructions.

What we discuss in sessions

Coaching conversations are treated as confidential. Coaching is not therapy, so it does not carry the same legal privilege as clinical care. If we ever believed someone was at serious risk of harm, we might have to act on that β€” and we would tell you rather than do so quietly.

How long we keep it

Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Coaching records are kept for three years after your last session, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click. If you are in the UK or EU, the GDPR gives you these rights explicitly and you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and basic analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work properly.

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
